ADVIFLAG Study - Eng Survey (clinicians)

The ADVIFLAG study is part of the FAIR project, a European project looking at a new treatment for respiratory diseases.

Specifically, the ADVIFLAG study aims at understanding people's attitudes towards this new treatment and the factors that may influence them, and the potential adaptations required to meet users' needs and facilitate the acceptability of this innovative treatment.

Welcome and thank you for taking a moment to participate in the ADVIFLAG study.

Your answers are valuable because they will help us better understand and facilitate the acceptability of a new innovative treatment for people suffering from a respiratory infection associated with poor response or resistance to antibiotics, with the aim of improving their health.

In this study, you will be asked questions regarding:

1. socio-demographic information such as your age, gender and country of residence,

2. your professional practice such as the number of years of experience you have,

3. the perceived acceptability of the innovative treatment: for this, you will be asked to imagine yourself prescribing (if you are a doctor or medical student) or administering (if you are a nurse or nursing student) this treatment to a patient.

These questions all need to be answered in order to proceed with the questionnaire and are marked with an asterisk (*).

However, there are several possibilities:

- if you do not know the answer to a question, you can choose the "Don't Know" option or indicate DK (Don't Know) in the answer box,

- if you do not wish to answer a question, you can choose the "No Answer" option,

- if you do not feel concerned by a question, you can indicate NC (Not Concerned) in the answer box.

All this information will be given again later.

This questionnaire takes between 20 and 30 minutes to complete.

You can temporarily stop filling it in and continue later by clicking on "Resume later" at the bottom left of the screen. If you wish to withdraw from this study, you can click on "Exit and clear survey" at the bottom right of the screen at any time.

We are at your disposal if you have any difficulties during the completion of this questionnaire or if you have any question and/or remark concerning the study. In this case, you can contact the scientific manager or the project team at the following address:
